Logitech G PRO X TKL

Logitech’s G PRO X TKL aims to deliver a tournament-grade wireless keyboard with no compromises. After a few weeks of gaming and daily typing, I can say it’s one of the most polished TKL boards out there — though not without quirks.

Build & Design - The tenkeyless form factor keeps things compact, with a sleek, minimal chassis and sturdy feel. Double-shot PBT keycaps are durable and let RGB shine through, though legends are harder to read with lighting off. Switches (GX Brown, Red, Blue) offer solid performance, but stabilizers on large keys can rattle a bit. Notably, this keyboard isn’t hot-swappable — customization is limited.

Performance - Where this board shines is in wireless performance. Logitech’s LIGHTSPEED connection feels as fast as wired, and I never noticed lag, even in competitive FPS sessions. Bluetooth is available for casual use, but LIGHTSPEED is the clear winner. Battery life runs 30–50 hours depending on RGB, and USB-C passthrough lets you charge and play.

Everyday Use - Typing feels snappy and comfortable, with handy media controls and a smooth volume wheel. For work, gaming, or creative tasks, it’s consistently reliable. Enthusiasts may miss the acoustic polish of custom builds, but for a ready-to-go wireless TKL, it’s excellent.

Pros

  • Wired-like wireless performance

  • Long battery life + USB-C passthrough

  • Sturdy build, compact TKL design

  • Quality PBT keycaps, bright RGB

  • Dedicated media controls + volume wheel

Cons

  • Not hot-swappable

  • Slight stabilizer rattle

  • Legends less visible without lighting

  • Premium price

Verdict - The Logitech G PRO X TKL nails the essentials of a wireless pro-grade keyboard. While it’s not perfect — acoustics and customization options hold it back — the blend of speed, reliability, and thoughtful design make it one of the best TKL options available.
